The IT Contract Administrator is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of contracts related to information technology (IT) services for the hospital.
In conjunction with the Office of General Counsel (OGC), this includes negotiating and drafting contracts , ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, resolving contract disputes and managing vendor relationships.
This position works closely with various stakeholders to ensure that contracts are executed effectively and meet the business requirements of the organization.

Responsibilities
- Facilitates negotiations, drafts and reviews technology vendor, software, and other transaction agreements on behalf of the organization, in consult with the Office of General Counsel (OGC).
- Manages the IT component of the organization's Contract Management System; including organizing and maintaining signed agreements, related forms and legal documents, and existing agreements with vendors.
- Facilitates annual contract assessments and renewals.
- Coordinates with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure contracts align with the organization's needs and objectives.
- Participates in cost analysis and vendor selection process.
- Stays current on relevant legal and regulatory changes and monitors business practices to ensure contract activities are in compliance.
- Coordinates the gathering of information from various sources and departments to support the preparation of contracts and related documents.
- Ensures contractual compliance with industry standards and business requirements.
- Works closely with internal stakeholders to evaluate and resolve contractual issues and communicates legal guidance from OGC.
- Serves as a liaison between various hospital departments and vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

- Knowledge of legal principles and contract language as instructed by the Office of General Counsel.

Five (5) years experience in contract management.
Qualifications (Preferred)
Preferred
- Paralegal experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or other related field.
- Experience with Information Technology contract review and administration.
