night Shift 6pm-6am

2-2-3 schedule

6 month possible contract to Hire position thru Kelly Services.

What's a typical day as a Batch Record Coordinator? You'll be :

• Communicating accurate and up-to-date status reviews to appropriate personnel
• Updating status tracking spreadsheets and preparing reports
• Assisting in the correction of deficiencies found within the documentation
• Overseeing batch records review and ensuring completeness of associated documentation
• Communicating effectively with other departments within the organization
• Assisting in gathering production information to support OOS, Deviation, and CAPA logs
• Interacting with other departments to collect batch record information and resolve documentation issues
• Supporting Manufacturing in a Grade C (CNC) environment
• Reviewing and verifying critical process steps on the Production floor and ensuring documentation completeness

This job might be an outstanding fit if you :

• Have experience in a cGMP environment or related experience
• Are familiar with Good Documentation Practices
• Possess good written and oral communication skills
• Are proficient in MS Office Suite and can coordinate multiple tasks efficiently
• Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
• Preferably have an associate degree
