- Work with those in the home buying process to help them procure homeowners insurance - use that need to cross-sell automobile insurance and identify other opportunities such as life insurance
- Consult with clients about current and future needs to help them achieve their financial goals
- Give every client the best client service in the industry
- Advise and educate clients on their risks and how to protect against the unexpected
- Assist clients through the purchase process from start to finish
- Help service your book of business as it grows
- Insurance experience is necessary
- Experience at an Independent Agency is strongly preferred vs. captive carrier experience
- Ability to work various schedules and be accessible to our clients after normal business hours
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with goals that will challenge you
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player
- Passion, great communication skills, self-motivation, positive attitude and competitive spirit
