Job Title : Verizon Retail Store Manager

Location : Opportunities Available In NY, NJ, PA, MA, CT

Job Type : Full Time

Compensation : Salary plus uncapped commission and bonuses based on overall store performance

First Year Estimated Earnings : $55 - $75k (salary, commission and bonuses)

Benefits : 401k, Medical and Dental Insurance, Gym Wellness Benefit, Life Insurance, Long Term Disability Insurance, Telemedicine, Paid Training, Paid Time Off, and Company Discounts.

New hires will receive a $500 sign-on bonus after completing 180 days of employment with us. This applies only to full-time employees.

You must be actively employed to receive the bonus.

A successful candidate for Store Manager :

• Will have a positive customer centric attitude.
• Be capable of recruiting, managing, and developing a high performance team.
• Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Have a working knowledge of inventory and cash management.
• Be entrepreneurial in their business approach, with a business owner mentality.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not necessary.
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Provide us with your favorite charity so that R Wireless can make a donation in your name if selected for the position.
