About the Role :
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our growing team at Storm Guard of Durham Chapel Hill.
This role requires a strong foundation in office administration, excellent time management skills, and a proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our day-to-day operations and contributing to our continued success.
Responsibilities :
- Manage office administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing the calendar
- Assist with marketing efforts including social media management, Google business profile and replying to online reviews
- Maintain office supplies & marketing materials
- Prepare and send customer invoices and related documents
- Keeping & distributing meeting minutes
- Fleet maintenance management
- Auditing sales orders for completion and accuracy
- Issuing payments to vendors
Requirements :
- Previous experience in office administration
- Proficient in MS Office and social media platforms
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with Quickbooks
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
