Overall Job Objective
Display a passion for people, compassion, and willingness to assist fellow Jamba
staff and customers by actively listening and connecting with their needs to
produce quality foods and products.
General Duties
Greets customers.
Prepares and serves smoothie beverages.
Leveraged strong organizational skills to efficiently manage tasks and maintain a
well-organized work environment.
Cleans and sanitizes work areas, utensils, equipment and service and seating
areas.
Checks temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, and heating equipment to ensure
proper functionality.
Describes menu items to customers or suggests products that might appeal to
them.
Utilize time and resources effectively to create customer orders with quality, and
consistent execution to achieve performance targets centered around positive
customer experience.
Provides customers with product details, such as ingrediants included in our
smoothie products.
Receives and processes customer payments.
Serves prepared foods, such as breakfast sandwiches, pretzels, etc.
Stocks customer service stations with paper products or beverage preparation
items.
Prepares and serves specialty beverages, and baked goods to patrons.
