We are extending an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant role based in NYC. The primary function of this role is to provide administrative support within our organization.
The role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities :
- Utilize Microsoft Suite and other software applications for administrative tasks
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email communication
- Schedule and distribute work tickets, including rescheduling as necessary
- Engage with residents in person and over the phone to address inquiries
- Maintain the front desk of our Maintenance department
- Utilize Yardi and other systems for administrative purposes
- Apply basic office skills in daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Possesses basic office skills, including but not limited to : filing, typing, scheduling, and phone etiquette.
- Comfortable using standard office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently.
- Demonstrates professionalism and maintains confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks or challenges.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
