MEDITECH Expanse Clinical Legacy Support Analyst
Currently seeking a full-time, fully remote Meditech Expanse Analyst. This resource will be responsible for providing remote daily care and feeding to the Meditech Expanse application, while client internal team supports Epic implementation initiatives.
Support will include supporting end-user ticket requests, completing approved change requests, troubleshooting errors within the application, and supporting the application through any necessary upgrades and patching required for Epic cutover.
Additional responsibilities may include providing end-user training for the Meditech Expanse platform using existing training materials and support documentation.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 5 years' experience with supporting the Meditech Expanse application
- Experience with Meditech Expanse : Clinical Documentation, Provider Documentation, PCS
- Must have strong verbal and communication skills
- Preference given to candidates who have experience with training end users of all levels
MEDITECH Expanse Revenue Cycle and BAR Legacy Support Analyst

MEDITECH Expanse Pharmacy Legacy Support Analyst
Currently seeking a full-time, fully remote Meditech Expanse Analyst. This resource will be responsible for providing remote daily care and feeding to the Meditech Expanse application, while client internal team supports Epic implementation initiatives.
Support will include supporting end-user ticket requests, completing approved change requests, troubleshooting errors within the application, and supporting the application through any necessary upgrades and patching required for Epic cutover.

- Experience with Meditech Expanse Pharmacy
- Must have strong verbal and communication skills
Logistics :
- Working in EST Time Zone (Must be willing to work EST hours Monday-Friday)
- Start Date : Late October 2024
- Estimated 18-Month Initial agreement; followed by extensions as needed depending on implementation timeline (likely closer to 24 months)
- Travel Requirements : Must be willing to travel on-site for knowledge transfer (3 Weeks), followed by primarily remote support
- Full-Time (40 Hours per Week)
- Must be willing to participate in on-call rotation (additional pay associated)
