Position Overview : As the Lead Specialist at Concrete Driveway Co, you will play a crucial role in driving sales lead vendor success and ensuring high standards.
You will oversee all sales lead vendors and marketing analytics, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate various projects to deliver exceptional results.
This role helps align our company financials for marketing budget all while supporting our customers to achieve their needs.
Key Responsibilities :
Vendor Management :
Lead and oversee lead sources from onboarding to maintaining weekly reporting and analytics.
Develop projections, conversion tracking, and resource allocation strategies.
Vendor Relations :
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure satisfaction and business expansion.
Quality Assurance :
Ensure that all work meets company standards and complies with industry regulations.
Conduct regular inspections of ongoing projects and provide feedback to team members.
Sales and Marketing Support :
Assist in identifying new business opportunities and contributing to sales strategies.
Participate in community outreach and promotional activities to enhance the company’s visibility.
Budget Management :
Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring financial targets are met.
Prepare cost estimates and negotiate contracts with vendors and partners.
Reporting :
Provide regular updates and reports to management on project status, team performance, and client feedback.
Qualifications :
Preferred) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Good opportunity for recent grads.
Strong knowledge of marketing methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
