WES is seeking a dedicated Live ChatAgent / Admin Assistant to provide exceptional customer supportthrough live chat channels while assisting with administrativetasks.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skillsattention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality serviceto our clients.
This role is essential in ensuring that customerinquiries are addressed promptly and accurately contributing tooverall customersatisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Respondpromptly to customer inquiries via live chat ensuring a high levelof satisfaction.
- Assist customers with theirquestions and concerns regarding our services andproducts.
- Maintain accurate records of customerinteractions and transactions.
- Collaborate withother departments to ensure customer needs are meteffectively.
- Perform administrative tasks suchas data entry scheduling and documentmanagement.
- Monitor and evaluate chatperformance metrics to identify areas forimprovement.
- Provide feedback and suggestionsto enhance the customer supportprocess.
Requirements :
- Minimumof 2 years of experience in a customer service or supportrole.
- Proficient in using live chat softwareand other customer service tools.
- Excellentwritten communication skills with a strong command of grammar andspelling.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks andprioritize effectively in a fastpacedenvironment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and acustomerfirst mindset.
- Experience inadministrative tasks is preferred with at least 1 year of relatedexperience.
- Familiarity with CRM systems andbasic office software is aplus.
