Job Summary :
This role is instrumental in optimizing vendor relationships and ensuring the procurement of top-tier products and services.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong operational focus, capable of driving process improvements and delivering measurable results.
Job Duties :
- Develop and execute vendor management strategies
- Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols
- Streamline organizational processes for enhanced efficiency
- Conduct vendor audits and performance evaluations
- Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with vendors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field
- 3+ years of vendor management experience, preferably in the food industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
