As the Head of Marketing Communications, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's narrative and driving engagement with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Messaging : Develop and refine our messaging strategy to align with our business goals and brand positioning
  • Content Creation : Produce high-quality written content for use across marketing materials
  • Media Relations : Cultivate relationships with media outlets and manage press inquiries
  • Serve as a consultant on public facing communications for our leadership team
  • Team Leadership : Grow a team to mentor and supervise communication specialists, fostering professional growth
  • Brand Management : Monitor and maintain our public image, ensuring consistency and authenticity
  • Collaboration : Work cross-functionally to coordinate communication initiatives and achieve objectives with corporate communications and internal communications teams
  • Measurement and Analysis : Establish KPIs to evaluate communication effectiveness and inform future strategies
  • Continuous Learning : Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 7+ years of related experience

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Proven success in senior communications roles with strategic planning experience
  • Exceptional writing, public speaking, and crisis management skills
  • Strong leadership ability with experience managing high-performing teams
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Salary Ranges

Compensation : $127,050.00 / Year - $181,500.00 / Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies;

compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
