• Provide the services of two qualified Cold Fusion programmers who individually will :
• Be able to convert legacy ColdFusion source code to an alternate framework;
• Be able to include technology updates in the conversion to an alternate framework while retaining the same functional business process schema and conformance with DIACAP requirements;
• Be required to support migration of disparate systems to legacy or next generation systems;
• After familiarization with legacy system, be able to support maintenance and upgrades of the legacy and next generation systems;
• Be required to work in a team environment to sustain a ATO certified system hosted at a Navy Data Center with COOP / Test environment at local hosting facility;
• Be required to work in a team environment and mentor less experienced application developers;
• Be required to participate in weekly team meetings to review projects and source code under development; and,
• Be able to make recommendations for system improvements.
• As a qualified Cold Fusion programmers, individually have :
• 10-15 years' experience as Application Developer using ColdFusion 10 or 11;
• A high level familiarity with CFCs, CSS, AJAX, jQuery, JavaScript, Views, Stored Procedures;
• Worked with Oracle 11g or 12c database and have familiarity with MS SQL Server 2008-2014;
• A working familiarity with Bootstrap and source code management tools such as GIT, JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• Ability to acquire a DOD Top Secret Security clearance to satisfy CAC PKI certificate and system access requirements at DISA hosting facilities.
• Deliverables provided be each Cold Fusion programmer : :
• Provide on-going status of work performed as required by the Alion PM;
• Provide a bi-monthly billing of man-hours expended for work performed; and,
• Provide documentation as required by the Alion PM.
