Overview of Opportunity :
- Maintain continuity of care - See patients in the hospital, clinic, and skilled nursing facility (SNF).
- Balanced life - Work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

Qualifications :
- Requires an MD or DO.
- Requires you to have or obtain a medical license in Iowa and board eligibility or board certification.
- DEA license required.
- 7+ to 10 years of experience.
- Willingness to travel - Occasionally.
