JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Director of Investor Relations to share SEI’s story and build strong relationships with our investor community.

As part of the Global Communications team, you will oversee the development and execution of SEI’s global IR strategy, driving a balanced representation of our company, business strategies, results, and prospects.

The Director of Investor Relations will be responsible for educating and informing investors and security analysts about our company to manage investors’ perceptions, identify and secure new shareholders, and share investor community feedback with management.

Reporting to the Head of Global Communications, this leader will collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization, including the CEO, CFO, General Counsel, and business segment leaders.

What you'll do :

  • Develop and execute SEI’s investor relations strategy, operating plans, budget, and global IR program that aligns with SEI’s vision, goals, and values
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including SEI’s executive management team, institutional investors, individual investors, analysts, and their directors of research, enhancing SEI’s visibility and reputation
  • Contribute to SEI’s growth and success by creating value-driven investment messaging and lead / support process across all communications, including SEI’s investor presentation, annual report, proxy statement, quarterly earnings, CSR report, etc.
  • Drive awareness and engagement with current and prospective investors through conferences, presentations, and one-on-one meetings, as well as support sell-side analysts
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, investor feedback, peer performance and regulatory changes that may affect SEI’s valuation and reputation
  • Manage capital markets database and intelligence system to support the IR program
  • Manage content for the Investor Relations section of SEI’s public website
  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners providing IR services
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization, including Global Communications and Marketing, Finance, and Legal and Compliance

What you bring to the role :

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA highly desirable
  • More than five years of experience in investor relations, finance, marketing, or corporate communications positions for a public company or a consulting agency
  • Extensive knowledge of the financial and investment markets
  • Outstanding financial and investment analysis, communications, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively build relationships across an organization
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks and deadlines, and adapt to changing situations
  • A track record of being an energetic, efficient, and resourceful team player, individual contributor, and effective leader
  • Demonstrate a high level of integrity, ethics, and transparency
  • A strategic thinker and avid learner
  • The base salary range for this position is $200,000-$225,000. Base salary is determined by the candidate’s level of experience and may be different based on geographic location.

Additional financial compensation will be factored into this role as well.
