JOB TITLE : Order Entry Coordinator FLSA STATUS : Non-Exempt
SUPERVISOR’S TITLE : Customer Service Director
General Summary :
Order ProEgg is looking for a motivated customer-centric Order Entry Coordinator. As an Order Entry Coordinator, you will input customer orders, respond to inquiries resolve customer concerns.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Receives and prepares requests from sales team or customers for sales orders, price quotes, order adjustments and order cancellations.
- Builds rapport with customers and ensures they receive excellent customer service.
- Uses computer system to retrieve necessary customer information, inventory information and purchase order status.
- Provides pricing, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and other order information to customers.
- Drafts purchase orders and invoices.
- Works closely with the supply chain department to ensure customer orders can be met and in the specified time frame.
- Maintains files of active orders and updates with changes to orders.
- Accurately maintains customer accounts to ensure billing information is correct.
- Communicates effectively with sales, supply chain and accounting departments.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain good customer relations, including handling customer complaints in a professional and calm manner.
- Proficient computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet software, and database applications.
Education and Experience : High School Diploma or equivalent required. 3-5 years in customer service setting preferred.
Physical Requirements : Ability to lift 10-15 lbs. Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
Working Conditions : Standard office setting.

Factors that may be used to determine actual salary include education (or applicable experience), training, job location, competencies relevant to the role, and internal equity.
