Job Title : Project Manager / Estimator
Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee structural steel fabrication projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and bids for structural steel fabrication projects based on project plans, specifications, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout project phases.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout all project activities.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, estimating, or project engineering / coordination within the structural steel fabrication industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of structural steel fabrication processes, materials, and construction methods.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
