Job Title : Process Technician
Job Description
Maximize uptime on all machine centers with the objective of reducing and eliminating downtime. Set molds, start up, and troubleshoot the injection molding process.
Document all process parameters on documents to the Master Setup Sheets. Ensure all process parameters and mold protection settings meet process specifications.
Make necessary adjustments to prevent part defects. Respond to all Quality and Operator issues regarding parts and processes.
Maintain and improve manufacturing efficiencies. Drive reduction of scrap through the elimination of mold conditions using corrective action and mold maintenance forms.
Maintain a neat and clean environment at all times. Identify maintenance concerns / issues and assist with resolution. Participate in mold change activities to reduce downtime and increase uptime and throughput.
Safety first mindset. Ensure all safety features, such as drop bars and switches, are functioning.

1st- 6am-2pm Mon-Friday
2nd - 2pm-10pm Monday -Friday
3rd - 10pm-6am Monday-Friday
