Clair Global Integration is growing and looking to add a Control Systems Programmer to their team. The Control Systems Programmer is responsible for developing and configuring system deploys based on provided scope and engineering documentation using established guidelines and standards.
They also assist in the engineering, commissioning, and verification of deployed audio-visual systems.
This ideal candidate for this position would be located close to one of our office locations in Lititz, PA (HQ), Cleveland, OH, Dallas, TX, Denver, CO, Nashville TN, Orlando, FL, Phoenix, AZ, or San Diego, CA.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS : The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and / or ability required to perform the essential functions of this job while exercising independent judgment and discretion.
- Ability to drive an elegant user experience
- Experience developing control systems and user interfaces
- Experience troubleshooting and servicing deployed ecosystems
- Experience working with various audiovisual technology
- Field experience with AV equipment, including installation and maintenance
- Above average critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with reading, interpreting, reviewing, and writing technical documentation
- Basic networking knowledge, more is a plus.
EXPERIENCE :
5+ years relevant experience
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :
- Provide system programming including, but not limited to, Crestron, QSC, and other audiovisual related DSP and control systems.
- Supervise and coach Clair field techs and subcontractors, as necessary.
- Implement Clair standards for DSP and Control programming.
- Create the documentation for internal and external use as related to audiovisual systems.
- Create and maintain Clair standard DSP and Control System modules / plug-ins.
- Provide onsite testing and verification of audiovisual systems as required.
- Provide configuration of audiovisual networks provided under Clair Integration.
- Positive end user / client interaction, representing Clair Integration in a professional manner.
