Commericial / Heavy and Civil / Multi-family Residential Project Manager and Estimator
A leading Construction company is seeking an PM / Estimator to coordinate and lead their field team. This is a great opportunity with a leading Contractor with projects of $1M and greater.
If you are an experienced, high level Project Manager with Estimating skills who can reliably deliver Estimates and Projects on time, cretaing accurate budgets and allowing the construction process to run smoothly, let's talk.
Qualifications :
- Expert ability to understand project time-lines and budgets
- Experience with project of $1M+
- ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrently a plus
- Industry consistent work history
- 5-10+ years as Project Manager with 3+ years Estimating
