Pharmacy Customer Service Associate - HybridSet up
Become a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate and help healthcare providers doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies ensure patient prescriptions are covered by our health insurance.
This role focuses on inbound customer service, starting with processing faxes and transitioning to a phone-based position in a fast-paced call center setting.
You'll begin with on-site training before moving to a primarily remote schedule, with regular opportunities for team building and collaboration.
Highlights :
- Training : M-F 10am-4pm, followed by regular schedule M-F 10am-6pm
- First month on-site and followed by mostly remote work

Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming faxes containing provider, patient, and medication details
- Ensure all necessary information is provided (e.g., date of birth, dosage) and contact providers to retrieve any missing data
- Input accurate information into the system to assess prescription coverage
- Move to managing inbound calls, once proficient with the fax process, answering calls daily to collect and confirm the same details
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience (preferably in a call center)
- Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls
- Willingness to learn health insurance terminology and processes
