- Manage reports and dashboards for one or more functional departments
- Report on key metrics, analyze and interpret trends, and provide actionable recommendations
- Dive deep into the data to perform complex analyses on historical and real-time data, creating actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify new metrics, build out reporting, and data analyses that will drive insights that lead to customer experience and business improvements.
- Translate business questions into hypotheses that can be answered with experiments, tests, the application of statistical methods, and / or data analysis.
- Identify areas where improvements in the underlying is data required for analytics and / or the operation of the business.
- Design and evaluate tests and experiments to measure the impact of business decisions and changes to the customer experience on customer engagement and business performance
- Publish monthly insights to leadership teams highlighting relevant trends and recommending data-driven changes
- Understands organization’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that drive business success
- Consults with business users to create BI solutions from new business initiatives
- Defines and documents changes to existing business intelligence systems and effectively communicates changes to all users
- Designs innovative solutions to problems for which no solution is known (new models and / or algorithms
- Understands and translates data and business needs into clear research questions, analyses, insights, findings, and recommendations
- Programs and manages data to allow for analysis and insight for large data sets; Uses these insights to influence the organization’s approach to business challenges
- Mines and programs vast amounts of data for useful insights
- Communicate information and insights to business leaders and recommendations to adapt business strategies.
