Senior Instructional Designer

Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer for a contract with our client in Inver Grove Heights, MN. 50% Remote.

Job Description :

The Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality eLearning courses and instructional materials.

This role requires a creative and analytical thinker who can collaborate with subject matter.

Required Basic Qualifications : Design and develop eLearning courses using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, or similar.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and content requirements.

Create engaging and interactive multimedia content, including videos, quizzes, and simulations.

Develop instructional materials such as job aids, manuals, and guides.

Conduct needs assessments and analyze learner feedback to continuously improve course content.

Ensure all eLearning content is accessible and adheres to industry standards and best practices.

Compensation :

Hourly W2 pay rate $70.00-$75.00

We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
