Responsibilities :
- Supervise and oversee food production and preparation according to established recipes and procedures.
- Enforce compliance with employment policies and ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met at all times.
- Monitor productivity to maintain efficient ticket times.
- Manage performance of Back of House employees through evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
- Assist in developing Key Hourly employees, Assistant Managers, and Hourly employees through daily feedback.
- Conduct formal line taste and temp checks as part of inventory management responsibilities.
- Oversee proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items.
- Practice safe food handling procedures.
Requirements :
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- 2 or more years as a GM or KM in a full-service restaurant concept
- Proficient in Word & Excel
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and handle high-stress situations
- Detail-oriented
