The ProjectsTeam is made up of Project Managers Implementation Engineers
Field Supervisors &Installers all working together in a customer satisfaction ledculture often with
challengingimplementation schedules because we are deploying and upgradingmissioncritical
communicationsystems. Together we deliver stateoftheart P25 and DMR solutions tocities counties
and businessesthroughout theSoutheast.
PositionResponsibilities :
TheProject Manager is responsible for mapping out the path tosuccessful
project deliverycollaborating with customers consultants and coworkers to progressalong
that path. Thisinvolves :
Reading contractdocuments to understand our scope ofwork.
Creating updating andmaintaining project plans andschedules.
Updating andmaintaining cost estimates and issuelogs.
Conducting project meetingsto provide status updates to stakeholders &taking
accurate meetingminutes.
Negotiating&preparing change orders.
Procuring equipment materials &subcontractors.
Requirements
3 years of handson experience managing multiple $2MMtelecommunications projects concurrently. Digital RF and microwavesystem deployment experience including site development is Stronglypreferred.
PMP certification ismandatory.
A bachelor s degree ina business or technical area of knowledge isREQUIRED
Experience deliveringsolutions to outside customers ismandatory.
3 years of handsonexperience managing multiple concurrent $2MM telecommunicationsdata center or network deployment projects for external customers.
Digital RF and microwave system deployment experience is Highlypreferred.
Site / facilitydevelopment experience is alsovalued.
Experience leadinginperson presentations to customers &stakeholders.
Proficiency with MSProject Excel Word PowerPoint andTeams.
10% 25% travel asneeded.
Must have a valid USDrivers license must pass a preemployment drug screen&
backgroundcheck.

Must haveand be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of : RF circuitry& propagation, digital circuitry, solid state Circuitry &A / C circuitry-RF troubleshooting Installation of telecommunicationsequipment Testing & maintaining two-way radio & associatedequipment Programing radio equipment-Good applied computer skillsAbility to learn & put to use various aspects of high-techwireless equipment maintenance Must be able to read &understand electronic drawings, schematics & documentation Mustbe competent in electronic equipment as related to job tasks Mustbe able to lift items that weigh 50 lbs.
on a regular basis Musthave the ability to bend, crouch, walk around on a regular basis.Must demonstrate competency in electronics soldering (surface &through hole)
