Threat Tec is seeking a skilled Intelligence Knowledge Manager to enhance our knowledge management capabilities in support of operational intelligence and the intelligence production cycle.

The ideal candidate will integrate people and processes enabled by technology to improve decision-making, organizational performance, and information dominance.

This role is critical for optimizing decision-making and maximizing warfighting effects through effective management of intelligence data, information, and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Integration of Capabilities : Integrate intelligence data, information records, and knowledge management capabilities to ensure mission partners have access to relevant information and expertise, achieving decision superiority.
• Management of Intelligence Elements : Oversee intelligence data, information, records, and knowledge management to support effective and efficient operations.
• Facilitation of Decision-Making : Facilitate shared understanding and improve decision-making and execution throughout the intelligence cycle.
• Learning and Innovation : Focus on enabling people and processes to support the intelligence cycle through learning and innovation.
• Timely Information Delivery : Ensure timely, accurate, and relevant information for operational intelligence, production, and dissemination.
• Collaboration and Analysis : Apply technology and judgment to turn raw data into actionable intelligence, making it accessible and understandable to decision-makers.
• KM Components Implementation : Implement and manage the three components of Knowledge Management :
• People : Leaders who create, organize, apply, and transfer knowledge.
• Processes : Methods for creating, organizing, applying, sharing, and transferring knowledge.
• Tools : Digital and non-digital tools used to organize and deliver knowledge products and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Current DoD Top Secret clearance and eligible for SCI access.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience providing knowledge management in support of intelligence production.
• Experience supporting Special Operations Forces (SOF) units or commands.
• Completion of Intel Planning Course I / II.
