We do that by being good stewards of our resources and providing efficient and cost-effective care for all. # Overview of Job Responsibilities : # Provide secretarial and clerical support for the effective operation of the assigned site location To coordinate and schedule appointments or meetings, as requested, for the professional staff To verify client information at the time of visit To organize and maintain accurate files and records and to retrieve files as necessary To answer phone calls promptly and courteously and to take and communicate message accurately To accurately handle correspondence, recordkeeping, database maintenance, and release of information procedures To assist in the care and maintenance of office equipment and supplies and to report equipment malfunctions promptly To assist the Site Director and professional staff with special projects and to perform other duties relative to site operations, as assigned or directed # Job Requirements : Education Level - High School Diploma or GED.
Years of Experience - 6 months experience in an administrative and computerized office environment required. Skills / Abilities - Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal skills; crisis intervention skills; organizational skills;
attention to detail; computer skills; good customer relations skills; knowledge of legal and ethical issues pertaining to the profession Licensing - none.
