Attention Sales Leaders in Packaging : Drive Growth as Director of Sales - East Region

Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for the packaging industry? Do you thrive on developing winning strategies and leading high-performing teams?

We're seeking an exceptional Director of Sales for the East to spearhead our growth initiatives across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets
  • Lead and mentor a team of Regional Sales Managers across the Northeast, Great Lakes, Bluegrass, Midwest, and Southern Regions
  • Cultivate relationships with top-tier clients and drive new business acquisition
  • Collaborate closely with the SVP of Global Sales & Major Accounts

The Ideal Candidate :

  • 7+ years of outside sales experience in packaging
  • 3+ years managing field sales representatives
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
