Sales Bizlab We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Communications Representative to join our team. This role is essential in fostering positive relationships between our organization and our diverse audience.
As the face of our communications department, you will be responsible for disseminating information that enhances our brand and aligns with our organizational objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various communication channels and strategies to engage our stakeholders effectively.
Job : Full time
Monday to Friday
Weekends free
Pay Range :
$25.50 - $34.00 hourly

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement communication strategies to promote the organization’s mission and goals.
- Create engaging content for various platforms, including press releases, newsletters, and social media.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights that enhance external communications.
- Monitor media coverage and manage responses to inquiries from journalists and the public.
- Organize and participate in community outreach events to raise awareness of our programs and initiatives.
- Conduct market research to understand stakeholder preferences and improve communication processes.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives and adjust strategies based on feedback and metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a communications role or similar position.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement.
