This full-time, work-from-home position offers the opportunity to provide top-tier support to our diverse clientele, primarily based in the USA.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of the English language, both spoken and written, and be flexible to work in various shifts to meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide IT Help Desk / Jr. System Admin. as part of Moksh Tech's leading MSP & Software Development services.
- Support and manage Active Directory, including group policy, PowerShell scripting, and domain trust.
- Handle server roles & features, regular support operations, and end-user support calls.
- Manage Exchange, EUS, AD, O365, Intune, Azure AD.
- Oversee MDM, DHCP, Firewall, Windows Servers, and Virtualization (Hyper-V / VMware).
- Conduct backup and patch management operations.
- Utilize ticketing systems and RMM tools effectively.
- Understand and support VOIP Services, with a preference for candidates with Call Center experience.
- Manage remote access solutions, including Microsoft RDS and Cyberoam Firewall administration.
- Troubleshoot ISP-related issues and coordinate with vendors.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of managed services & multi-tenant support environments.
Required Technical Experience :
- 3+ years of experience in a Help Desk / Jr. System Admin role.
- Microsoft Certification is a must.
- Experience with Microsoft licensing and working with vendors in a support role.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and experience in resolving complex technical issues.
