Reporting directly into the VP Security you'll be tasked with leading my clients Cloud Sec and SecOps verticals across the board.
Initally coming in at a Staff level, the plans are to continue to build the function team around this position so huge growth opportunities into Mangement if that is where you want to take your career.
- Some key skills I'm searching for;
- Cloud Security : highly skilled in this dept, ideally with AWS but Azure & GCP exp also works
- DevSecOps : Experience with automating security processes and exposure to tools like Terraform, Jenkins and GitHub
- Coding : Ability to write clean code and also communicate with the SoftEng / DevOps team to bake security into the SCLD - ideally within Python or Java
- OWASP Top 10 : Experience and expertise of security concepts
- AI : Not a must, but if you have exposure to AI practices or LLMs then that would be brilliant to see

The position is paying around the $230k mark and comes with options + bonus, alongside an excellent benefits package. My client have office locations in Florida and NYC, operating on a hybrid set-up of 2 days in / 3 from home - BUT there is flexibility to that on a case by case basis so don't let that put you off just yet!
