General Description :
- Understand how an operating room works to minimize disruption of the workflow
- Provide navigation setup and support services to OR personnel during surgery in order to increase IGS (Image Guided Surgery) efficiency and usage
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support to OR personnel
- Act as onsite customer liaison, communicate with customer, assess satisfaction and usage levels, and work to increase revenue
Average Workday :
- Coordinate daily caseload upon arrival at the facility to ensure proper coverage
- Set up IGS equipment prior to surgery
- Register patient using IGS equipment
- Troubleshoot IGS equipment during surgery
- Breakdown IGS equipment after surgery
- Upload records of each case and any changes to daily caseload before leaving the facility
- Medium duty work : Ability to move equipment around the facility
Job Requirements :
- B.A. or B.S. degree
- Medical field experience preferred
- IT systems experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Must be comfortable in surgery / operating room environments
- Strong public speaking and communication skills are required
- Enjoy interacting and participating in a team environment, can work autonomously
- Must be able to work on weekends and after office hours
- Basic understanding of Human Anatomy will be a plus point.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds on a regular basis
- This role requires access to hospitals. Therefore you must maintain credentials at all required hospitals at all times.
A complete vaccination record is required as an essential job function, including the COVID-19 vaccine.

Local travel, all facilities are located near Fresno.
