Job Details

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and executing commercial projects, and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

This is a permanent position offering a competitive compensation package and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities :

1. Lead and manage commercial project teams, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

2. knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software to design and implement project plans.

3. Oversee all aspects of construction management, ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulations.

4. Develop and implement project management strategies, coordinating with other team members to ensure seamless execution.

5. Manage contracts and negotiations with stakeholders and suppliers.

6. Utilize time management skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

7. Conduct strategic planning, setting project goals and objectives, and identifying necessary resources.

8. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.

9. Make informed decisions under pressure, solving complex problems and mitigating project risks.

10. Plan, schedule, and oversee project timelines, adjusting as necessary to ensure project success.

11. Ensure compliance with construction safety standards, implementing strategies to minimize risk and promote a culture of safety.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role, with a focus on commercial projects.

3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software.

4. Demonstrated experience in construction management, with a strong understanding of construction safety standards and regulations.

5. Proven ability to manage contracts and conduct negotiations.

6. Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

7. Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to set and achieve project goals.

8. Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.

9. Excellent decision-making skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and mitigate project risks.

10. Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

11. Strong project planning and scheduling skills, with the ability to adjust plans as necessary to ensure project success.
