What you'll be doing...

You'll be a critical component in supporting our Prepaid business growth by building relationships with local agents to drive optimal results and gain market share;

and by meeting and exceeding sales and retention objectives through ongoing training, coaching, and monitoring of individual and team performance.

Developing a vision and purpose along with sales strategies that you'll help our local agent teams turn into action. You'll build the culture within your team for high performance and outstanding sales results, while providing excellent customer experiences.

Lead a team that is responsible for driving sales and business growth for our Indirect Partners in your respective territory.

approx 10 to 15 Territory Account Executives)

  • Developing and monitoring individual and team performance.
  • Assigning sales territories to the Territory Account Executives.
  • Ensuring the team maintains knowledge of company and territory competitive trends.
  • Lead your team to produce and present creative, compelling proposals, presentations, and business reviews, that tell unique, customer-centric stories that express Verizon Value's key initiatives and expectations from a results' perspective.
  • Ensuring expectations are being met, giving clear direction for your team to hold Indirect partners accountable and responsible for driving revenue and increasing results.
  • Assessing performance of each agent and retailer and ensuring your team is developing a tailored plan on a monthly basis to improve productivity to help them meet their targets.
  • Measuring and monitoring KPIs for your respective Indirect Partners, developing and executing plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitoring and evaluating agent and overall channel sales performance for continuous improvement, analyzing market factors.
  • Creating and implementing action plans as needed.
  • Establishing and growing positive partnerships with existing agents.
  • Visiting in person with your team indirect locations 5 days a week (Tuesday-Saturday).
  • Ensuring great customer experiences from your team and any customer complaints or disputes are addressed quickly.
  • Presenting in various capacities to Indirect senior leadership.

You'll need to have :

  • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and / or military experience, or specialized training.
  • Four years experience leading a sales team.
  • Willingness to travel approximately up to 100%.
  • A valid driver's license.

Even better if you have one or more of the following :

  • A degree.
  • Sales, marketing, training, or customer service experience (ideally, with third-party sellers or retailers).
  • Experience in the prepaid wireless industry.
  • Experience managing competing priorities with tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
  • Account management experience.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to assess performance.
  • Ability to drive sales and productivity.
  • A demonstrated drive for results.
  • Financial acumen and the ability to interpret / analyze sales results.

Where you'll be working

In this mobile role, you'll primarily work from customer or field location(s), with occasional visits to a Verizon location for in-person training and meetings.

C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $103,000.00 and $190,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more.

For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
