What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
- Manage contracts and up-sell / cross-sell opportunities for assigned accounts
- Network within existing client contacts for new business opportunities
- Organize client and internal kick off calls, develop proposals, and deliver strategic sales communications
- Consult with clients on sample design and business issues
- Provide superior customer service by working with Project Managers and Research Managers to execute project specifications
What is Required (Qualifications) :
- Proficiency in using CRM software, specifically HubSpot, to log all sales activity
- Ability to take ownership of individual revenue, GP, and sales goals
- Understanding of research methods and methodologies
- Collaborative work approach with internal teams to benefit clients
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle critical client conversations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
2+ years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry
