Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect in Tucson, AZ. The Project Architect will be responsible for tasks such as contract administration, architecture, project management, consultant coordination, sustainable practices, and AutoCAD / Building Information Modeling (BIM).
The role will involve collaborating with teams to design and execute architectural projects.
Qualifications
- Registered Architect required
- Architecture experience required
- AutoCAD / Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills recommended
- Project Sustainability knowledge
- Project Management skills required
- Experience in reviewing submittals, RFIs and other Contract Administration roles
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Bachelor or Architecture or Master of Architecture degree required
- LEED Accreditation is a plus
