MANUFACTURING QUALITY ENGINEER
Full Time Position
On site in Sun Valley, CA
Schedule : 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM
Compensation Range : $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Quality Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of our products and procedures through rigorous inspections, implementation of quality control measures, and identification of areas of improvement.
Job Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Aerospace Preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in the field of engineering
- Knowledge of Aerospace standards (ex. AS9100, ISO9001)
- Knowledge of Corrective Actions, RMA's, and MRB's
- Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred
- Ability to read blueprints
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Job Responsibilities : (will include but not be limited to)
- Write and amend procedures to ensure compliance to AS9100
- Conduct internal audits and RMAs
- Initiate and track internal and external corrective / preventative actions
- Initiate returned parts investigation, analysis, synthesis, and customer communication
- Coordinate source inspection
- Perform contract reviews
- Perform data package reviews
- Monitor supplies process capability and quality performance
- Manage calibration to ensure all shop floor tools are calibrated
