Overview :
Provides case management / therapy for patients and families to enhance their psychosocial
functioning. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with mission, values and mercy service standards.
Qualifications :
- Education : Master's degree required in Social Work, Counseling or other human-service related field.
- Licensure : Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of employment.
- Experience : Minimum 2-3 years Behavioral Health experience preferred.
- Preferred Other : Co-worker must be able to communicate orally, in writing and demonstrate proficient computer skills.
Co-worker must be able to listen and to understand and explain complex situations.
