Position Summary :
FT hours, Days Mon-Thur 7-3 : 30, Fri 7-1230, every 6th weekend SIGN ON BONUS $13,500
Responsibilities :
Provides health care services, imaging modality to assist in diagnosis or treatment. Performs a wide variety of Radiographic procedures which require use of independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative.

Qualifications :
- Education : Satisfactory completion of an approved Radiologic Technology program. Associate degree in Radiologic Technology preferred.
- Certification / Licensure : Certification by ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologist) in radiography. Licensure by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in Radiography.
- For recent radiologic technology graduate only : ARRT registered certification eligibility in Radiography with RT(R); must obtain registered certification within 12 months of hire and prior to the expiration of a temporary Massachusetts DPH Radiologic Technologist Radiography (Full / General) license. BLS required.
- Experience : One to three years’ experience preferred, but not required.
- Other Skills : Knowledge of diagnostic ultrasound procedures, equipment operation, radiation safety, positioning techniques, patient transfers, good communication skills, ability to handle multiple tasks / projects, ethical and professional conduct, good understanding of age-related developmental issues of pediatrics and geriatrics.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed as well as on-call duty, weekend rotations. Interest in participating in orientation / clinical education of student radiographers in accordance with clinical education center guidelines for radiologic technology program(s).
