Key Responsibilities :

  • As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for our users, resolving technical issues and providing guidance with a smile!
  • Desktop Support professionals will troubleshoot hardware and software problems on-site or remotely, ensuring a smooth user experience.
  • Graphic Designers will create visually stunning designs for various projects, collaborating with teams to deliver engaging content.
  • Document all interactions in the ticketing system to maintain clear communication and track issue resolution.
  • Engage with users to understand their needs and recommend solutions that enhance their overall experience.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For :

  • Help Desk Analyst : Experience in a technical support role with a strong understanding of computer systems and networks.
  • Desktop Support : Proven experience fixing hardware / software issues and a knack for troubleshooting under pressure.
  • Graphic Designers : A portfolio showcasing your design skills; proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical jargon into user-friendly language.
  • A positive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Adobe Certified Expert) are a plus, but not mandatory!
