Job Description
Position Overview : We are seeking a motivated Regional Sales Director to join our growing team. This position will cover Northern New Jersey, New York and Connecticut and will require travel.
The focus will include oversight to our Sales Teams while ensuring strategic revenue growth for both existing and newly developed business.
In addition, you will play a key role with community relations.
Job Description :
Communicate appropriately to the VP of Sales and Marketing to ensure company standards and first impressions are implemented within the designated portfolio of communities.
Ensure the sales team in the designated portfolio understands the weekly / monthly goals and expectations.
Collaborate with Operations to ensure achievable outcomes.
Serve as a member of the Regional Leadership Team responsible for the overall strategic direction and management of sales and marketing strategies.
Schedule site visits to provide supervision, sales and marketing expertise.
Ensure communication and monitor the overall operation of the sales and marketing department in the assigned portfolio.
Participate in recruitment efforts and perform interviewing and training to the Sales and Marketing Directors while collaborating with the Executive Directors.
Enhance and execute business development strategies for our sales professionals while providing strong networking opportunities.
Oversee CRM System Management.
Develop and review sales forecast with sales plans to deliver target goals.
Participate in weekly / monthly sales calls.
Meet or exceed agreed upon sales goals.
Ensure all standards and expectations within the sales and marketing department are followed, per company policy and procedure and State Regulations.
Participate in competitive analysis data collection and review.
Attend outreach and networking events as needed.
Participate in recruitment efforts, including but not limited to interviews, and selection process.
Orchestrate onboarding for community Sales Directors.
Work with Executive Director and community to ensure appropriate coverage during vacancies.
Participate in corporate meetings / calls (sales, operations) as needed.
Attend Home Office and off-site meetings, as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred in Sales / Marketing
Five (5) years Sr. Sales experience (Assisted Living experience preferred)
Must possess strong leadership skills with the ability to incorporate sales strategies and new business development while enhancing our brand.
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Suite
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Proactive, self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and execute business plans.
