Job Summary :

As a Luxury Aesthetics & Wellness Sales Concierge at Ultra Cryo & Recovery, you will be responsible for driving sales and enhancing client satisfaction.

You’ll conduct new client consultations, follow up with potential and existing clients, and actively promote our services to generate revenue.

In this role, your focus will be on sales, utilizing your expertise to recommend personalized solutions, and consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences.

When not in consultations, you’ll engage clients through daily calls and texts, following up on past interactions to maximize revenue opportunities.

This role applies to all three of our Ultra Cryo & Recovery locations (Auburndale, Davenport, Lakeland), and candidates may select the location they are applying for during the application process.

This part-time position offers up to $15.00 per hour with commission, for 20-30 hours per week, Monday through Saturday.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct consultations, guiding clients through options to meet their wellness goals.
• Use consultative selling techniques to match clients with the right aesthetics and wellness services.
• Make daily calls and send texts to follow up with past clients, nurturing relationships and driving additional bookings.
• Re-engage with prospective clients, maintaining consistent communication to convert leads into sales.
• Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by staying motivated and goal-oriented.
• Promote and cross-sell Ultra Cryo & Recovery services to both new and returning clients to boost overall revenue.
• Provide personalized service, creating a memorable and welcoming experience for every client.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records, ensuring effective follow-up and service continuity.
• Support front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, client inquiries, and service sales.
• Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the center, ensuring a professional environment.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Preferably have experience in salon and spa environments.
• 1-2 years of direct sales experience is a requirement.
• Basic knowledge of human anatomy and physiology is required.
• Possess a service-oriented personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about assisting individuals in achieving their best appearance and wellness.
• Skilled in staying organized, multitasking, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in light typing and computer usage.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet business needs.

Requirements
