Expertise in U.S. GAAP, consolidations, and financial reporting for complex, multi-entity organizations. Proven track record managing global accounting teams and working across multiple time zones. Experience with treasury operations, audits, and technical accounting matters. Hands-on experience with mergers, acquisitions, and post-close integration. Industry background in manufacturing or other asset-intensive sectors strongly preferred. Familiarity with enterprise financial systems such as Oracle, Hyperion, or Epicor a plus. Corporate Controller
The Corporate Controller will lead the company's global accounting operations, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting across multiple entities and geographies. This role will be responsible for overseeing consolidations, multi-currency reconciliations, compliance with U.S. GAAP, and execution of internal controls.
Responsibilities :
- Direct all corporate accounting functions, including general ledger, consolidations, reporting, and treasury operations.
- Manage timely and accurate monthly and annual financial closes across global subsidiaries.
- Establish and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls consistent with U.S. GAAP.
- Oversee the global balance sheet and ensure consistency across international operations.
- Provide leadership to the domestic accounting team and partner with regional controllers across North America, Europe, and Asia.
- Lead annual external audits and coordinate other compliance-related activities with external partners.
- Support M&A due diligence and integration activities, ensuring alignment with consolidated reporting.
- Partner with the CFO and executive leadership on strategic initiatives, financial systems, and risk management.
