Our schedulers offer you shifts during the days and times that you want to work, with an additional $2 per hour incentive for weekend shifts.
As part of BrightStar Care's team, you will provide care and assistance to our clients in their homes and at facilities around Santa Barbara.
Your primary tasks will be determined by our home care nurse and communicated in your clients plan of care. These tasks may include cooking, grocery shopping, outings, and keeping the home tidy, personal care including showers, toileting, hygiene, mobility and more.

Responsibilities :
- Punctual arrival to assigned shifts, and timely response to communications
- Accurate time keeping via secure website
- Adhere to clients plan of care and BrightStar Care standard of conduct
- Document tasks and complete written summary of your clients condition
- Prompt reporting of falls, emergencies, etc.
- Maintain client privacy and confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines
Requirements :
- Must be 18yrs of age or older
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Valid Drivers License and Insured, Reliable vehicle
- Willingness and ability to register with the Home Care Aid Registry
