What you'll do...
As a result of our continuous growth and expansion, we are currently in search of a highly skilled DevOps engineer to become a valuable member of our exceptional Access Control & Governance team that implements control and governance measures across a diverse range of applications.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in implementing and maintaining SailPoint Identity platform and related infrastructure.
You will also collaborate closely with our exceptional production support and engineering teams, ensuring the availability, stability, security of our identity and access management processes.

What You'll Do :
- Maintain the SailPoint IdentityIQ application to ensure 24 / 7 availability
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration of SailPoint IdentityIQ into existing systems and processes.
- Support and troubleshooting of SailPoint IdentityIQ components, including connectors, workflows, rules, and access policies.
- Monitor and optimize the performance and scalability of the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform.
- Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to streamline deployment and maintenance processes.
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions for identity and access management challenges.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and cross-functional teams.
- Stay updated with the latest SailPoint IdentityIQ features, releases, and security patches, and apply them as needed.
- Contribute to documentation, including operational procedures, system diagrams, and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24 / 7 support for critical system issues.
What You'll Bring :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ, including installation, configuration, and administration.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins, Git, Ansible, or similar.
- Proficiency in scripting languages, such as PowerShell, Java, Python, or Shell.
- Solid understanding of identity and access management concepts, including user provisioning, authentication, and authorization.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications :
- CISSP, CISA CISM, or other relevant certifications
- Familiarity with cloud, preferably Azure

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
Option 1 : Bachelor's degree in computer science, management, information systems, mathematics, business, or related area and 2 years' experience in software engineering, consulting, DevOps, or related area.
Option 2 : 4 years' experience in software engineering, consulting, DevOps, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications...
Master's degree in Computer Science, Management, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business, or related area., Prior work experience in the technical integrations between SAP, Workday, etc.
and third-party applications., Prior work experience using technology packages such as SAP, Workday, Infor, and Coupa based on business requirements.
Prior work experience writing functional specifications and test scripts., We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.
2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
