Plant Manager Responsibilities & Qualifications :
Monitor, report, and evaluate the daily performance of the production crew against predetermined costing and staffing needs.
Accountable for production line costs, i.e. labor, overtime, supplies, yields, productivity, and training.
- Recommend and implement continuous improvement strategies and action plans.
- Experience leading a team in a food manufacturing environment
- Strong ethics of safety and quality standards
- Ability to communicate with a diverse workforce
- Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred
