The Opportunity. We are conducting a search for a Primary Montessori guide to lead one of Discovery's Children's House communities for children aged 3 - 6.

Minimum Requirements. Please apply if you meet the minimum requirements and are interested in joining our team.
- Are warm, joyful, professional, and embrace Montessori values as your own
- Have a earned a primary diploma from a MACTE-accredited institution
- Are experienced working with children aged 2½ - 6 years old
- Have valid CPR and first aid certification (or willingness to become CPR and first aid-certified before you begin employment)
- Have negative TB test results within the last 12 months (or willingness to take a TB test which shows negative results before your first day of employment)
- Are a US citizen or green card holder
We are especially interested in candidates who :
- Live in Southern California
- Have earned a primary diploma from an AMI-accredited institution
- Have earned bachelor's and / or master's degrees in any subject
- Have five or more years' experience as a Montessori guide
- Are a fluent Spanish speaker
- Have interesting hobbies, skills, and life experiences
