- This role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction, project delivery, and driving the adoption of company's FinOps capabilities
- Assist in creating and track FinOps metrics and KPIs Communicate timely project status to all stakeholders
- Project Management : Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure FinOps
- Implementation : Lead complex FinOps projects, working closely with customers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables Customer
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, acting as their trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle
- Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure project success
- Data Analysis : Leverage data and analytics to optimize project performance and identify improvement areas
- Process Improvement : Contribute to the development and refinement of FinOps methodologies and best practices You are / have :
- Knowledge of financial modeling and cost optimization techniques
- Understanding of data analytics and visualization tools
- Deep knowledge of cloud computing environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) leaning heavily towards AWS and financial management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges and drive solutions
- Proven track record in managing complex IT projects, preferably within the FinOps or cloud computing domain using Jira
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
- Ability to stay organized and maintain documentation related to cloud infrastructure and financial operations
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and application teams
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
