We are looking for an energetic, passionate, determined, and highly motivated individual who is interested in joining our team as a Recruiting Manager.
The Recruiting Manager will develop, drive, and execute staffing strategies within our organization. This position will manage, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters through the entire recruiting life cycle while working closely with our leaders to drive recruiting practices and strategies.
The Recruiting Manager will implement sourcing methods, advise on interviewing techniques, and build professional networks.
This individual will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, passionate about the mission, invested and proactive in the success of our Recruiters, and enjoys collaborating across the CCFS team.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES :
- Manage and lead the daily operations of the Recruiting team (direct supervision of the staff, assignment and ongoing assessment of work and team bandwidth, schedules, day-to-day workflow).
- Manage recruitment process to include sourcing, interviewing, screening, selection, pre-employment testing through onboarding new hires.
- Analyze team’s priorities and open positions to identify areas where assistance, creativity, and problem solving are needed to propose solutions.
- Identify and propose short- and long-term goals or objectives for the Recruiting team to support and achieve strategic business goals.
- Provide a measurement using KPIs to distinguish recruiting metrics (ex. duration of time to fill a position).
- Provide oversight and ensure accuracy and compliance on all external and internal job postings.
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
- Provide leadership with summary of staffing data, metrics, and priorities on a weekly basis, to maintain effective communication and alignment of open needs.
- Use applicant tracking system (ATS) to automate and streamline hiring processes. Serve as ATS administrator, maintain and update the system (UKG Recruiting) to align with team needs.
- Onboard and train new Recruiters.
- Create and review job descriptions for accuracy and compliance.
- Participate in job fairs and career events.
- Other duties as assigned.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS :
Skills and Knowledge :
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) and at least 3 years of work experience leading a talent acquisition team, initiatives, and strategies or a combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Knowledge and experience using KPIs to measure recruiting metrics.
- An understanding of full life cycle recruiting, from requirements analysis to hiring.
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Individual must be flexible and able to multi-task, prioritize, and operate in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaborate as part of a team.
- Ability to travel.
May underfill with a Recruiting Lead role :
- Associate degree (or equivalent work experience) and at least 2-3 years of full cycle recruiting experience.
- An understanding of full life cycle recruiting, from requirements analysis to hiring.
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Individual must be flexible and able to multi-task, prioritize, and operate in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaborate as part of a team.
- Ability to travel.
