As an Advanced Reactor Fuel Projects Manager in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team in the Manufacturing Business Line in the Fuel Business Unit.

Your work will include :

  • Leading long term changes at the Richland Manufacturing facility in the advanced reactor fuel market.
  • As a Manager in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team at the leading fuel manufacturing site in the US and part of a long term clean energy strategy.
  • You will develop, maintain and lead a long term vision that best integrates contracted and potential new business related to advanced reactor fuels including HALEU with the ongoing operations at the site.
  • Be instrumental in challenging / validating business strategies as they relate to the Richland site and forecasting and optimizing resources needed to support these new product line efforts.
  • Reports directly to the HRR Site Manager.

This position requires occasional travel. Together we will enable clean, safe, and economical low-carbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.

Framatome’s Richland, WA facility is a licensed nuclear fuel manufacturing site and complies with US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and US Department of Energy (DOE) regulations.

This position is safety-sensitive and pre-employment drug / alcohol screening is required. Any employment offer is contingent upon the successful completion of a background investigation.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $140,000 - $190,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits.

Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
